In 2022, a clear gap in the market became obvious - one I knew firsthand as a customer. Many fans struggled to find reliable printing for idol merchandise, often ending up with disappointing results and wasted money. Determined to change that, I poured my heart into creating a business that’s more than a shop: a passion project, a testament to dedication, and a promise to clients.
Specialising in fan merchandise such as photo cards, banners, and small custom items, my shop also serves anyone seeking high quality, small batch printing, from personalised gifts to unique stationery. My core philosophy has always been simple:

Running this business has been an intensive, hands-on masterclass. I've had to become a marketer,
a project manager, a problem-solver, and a creative director all at once.
Every day is a new lesson. I've learned to forecast demand and manage inventory, and most importantly, I've learned the art of building genuine, long-term relationships with customers.
The ability to handle constructive criticism and turn it into actionable improvements has been invaluable. This journey has taught me to be adaptable, resilient, and always ready to learn from my mistakes.

The Early Days of Marketing:
When I first opened, I had to be my own marketing team. I launched promotions and joined fan groups to get the word out. The breakthrough moment came when I leveraged influencer marketing in a grassroots way. After their first order, I offered customers a discount on their next purchase in exchange for an unboxing video on TikTok.
In 2022, the platform was booming, and these authentic unboxing videos went viral, reaching a massive audience. This method was far more effective than traditional advertising or paid promotions because it was genuine. Real customers reviewing my work created an unparalleled level of trust, which brought in a steady stream of new clients.
Overwhelming Success and the Overload:
As the TikTok videos gained traction, a flood of orders came in, and I was completely overwhelmed. The sheer volume was impossible to manage alone, and customers began complaining about long wait times. This was a critical moment. I was a mess, but I quickly re-evaluated my entire process. I took a step back, apologized to my customers, and meticulously redesigned my workflow, implementing a strict timeline for receiving and completing orders. This shift from a reactive to a proactive approach taught me the importance of careful time management, a skill that now allows me to balance quality and quantity with precision.
Battling the Market and Sickness:
Just as I found my rhythm, the market became saturated with new print shops offering lower prices. Then, I faced a personal battle - a severe illness that forced me to close the shop for over six months. When I returned, the landscape was completely different. The market was chaotic, with inconsistent quality and wildly varying prices. I dived back in, researching market gaps and customer needs. I realized that what people wanted wasn't just low prices, but trust and consistency.
Rethinking My Business Model:
I expanded my product offerings beyond just photo cards, introducing a wider range of items. I focused on providing reliable color quality and a hassle-free experience. My prices weren't the cheapest, but I gave customers a new kind of confidence: the assurance that their money would be well spent.
This commitment to value over price built a loyal customer base who became my greatest advocates.
Strategic Pricing and Sourcing:
I taught myself how to source materials from China, leveraging the low cost of raw materials to introduce unique products to my menu. I developed a tiered pricing strategy, where a few products were priced very low to act as an entry point. When customers saw those affordable items, they unconsciously assumed the rest of my offerings were also well-priced, even if they were premium. This created a sense of value across the entire menu.
